Overview

SSC Havaldar recruits Havaldars in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN). It is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).

Exam Pattern

SSC Havaldar has 3 stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)

Objective paper covering General Knowledge & General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English/Hindi.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)

Running, and height/chest/weight measurement against departmental standards.

3. Document Verification & Medical Examination

Verification of documents followed by a medical fitness check.
