Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.

Eight persons – P, Q, R, S, W, X, Y and Z – are living in a four-storey building such that ground floor is numbered as 1, the floor immediately above floor 1 is numbered as 2 and so on. Each of the floors has two flats in it as flat 1 and flat 2. Flat 2 is to the east of flat 1. Flat 1 of floor 2 is immediately above the flat 1 of floor 1 and immediately below the flat 1 of floor 3 and so on.
